This building comprises the ex-boning facilities for the previous freezing work operation and has two separate adjoining parts:
The old boning area at 42 x 15m x 3m high, with a cubic capacity of 1,890m3.
New boning area at 98 x 39m x 3m high, with a cubic capacity of 11,466m3.
Adjoining this room are changing and locker rooms for 300 male and 166 female workers. Potential for the space is for a manufacturing/processing facility which may require temperature control but otherwise has completely washable surfaces. It is a modern facility (only seven years old to the newer area and larger part of the facility). Excellent staff and management facilities.
The space can be temperature controlled to between 6º - 7ºC and can be adjusted to enable operation down to 2ºC. The building has access from each side plus a loading truck dock. Any activity could utilise the adjacent freezing and chilling areas.
