The facility has nine blast chillers:
6 - 18.5 x 9.30 x 2m = 340m3 each.
3 - 10.5 x 10.5m x 2m high = 220.5m3 each.
Eight of these chambers are blast chillers operating between 8°C to -18°C.
One chiller operating between 8°C to 0°C.
