This comprises the old marshalling floor of the previous freezing work operation. This building had intermediate walls to facilitate storage which divide the area into some 13 separate rooms with a total area of 2,142m² and an overall height of 3m. Cubic capacity is 6,426m³. Under its previous use this building held 20,000 sheep and/or lamb carcasses and is now available for general storage. The building is temperature controlled by an R22 Freon Freezing Plant with screw compressors. Temperature operates between 8° and 2°C. The building has a truck unloading ramp and access to the west side of the building can be created to facilitate operations.
